Pursuant to its Establishing Decree No. (23) of 2014, the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai (SLC) is exclusively authorized to consider and review all draft local legislation prior to final approval by the competent issuing authority in the Emirate.
Government Entities may request the issuance of local legislation through the Dubai Legislation Digital Platform by clicking on the request submission link, logging in, providing the necessary information and data, and clicking the submit button.
Furthermore, Dubai Legislation Digital Platform provides, through the Official Gazette page on the Dubai Legislation Portal, access to the local legislation published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Dubai. This aims to disseminate legal knowledge within the community.
