The 4th of January marks the anniversary of a milestone event; the Accession Day of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. This momentous event has paved the way for the rise of the Emirate of Dubai to new heights of glory, thanks to the wise vision of an inspiring leader who laid the foundations of a leadership model that does not recognise the word 'impossible.' We, at the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai (SLC), are honoured to celebrate this cherished occasion today.
Throughout his auspicious rule of the Emirate of Dubai, spanning a decade and a half, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has steered Dubai's journey towards excellence in all spheres, empowering it to attain a privileged position globally, transforming it into a unique model of ambition, achievement, and leadership. Dubai continues to achieve more success and glory, by the day, through the efforts of Emirati youths, who derive determination, faith, and perseverance from the wisdom of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who said: "Dreams move mountains and lead to remarkable achievements". We, at the SLC, are proud to be part of the concerted national efforts to achieve accomplishments that realise the sound directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
